On January 21, 2025, The Point Church Activity Center collapsed under the weight of heavy snowfall during the Winter Storm of 2025. While we are deeply thankful that no one was harmed, it’s bittersweet to say goodbye to a space that has been the backdrop for countless cherished memories.

But we serve a faithful God who transforms challenges into opportunities! Even in this unexpected setback, we see the chance to create something even greater. Together, we will rebuild an Activity Center that is stronger, more welcoming, and ready to serve our community for generations to come.

Jared and Jen Pavlu

LEAD PASTOR

Jared Pavlu is the Lead Pastor of Point Church. He and his wife, Jennifer, have three children: Brenton, Ramsey, and Emrie. In 2020, Jared and Jen took over the Lead Pastoral role and together they oversee the ministries of the church.

Jared is an ordained minister of the United Pentecostal Church International. Jared holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Louisiana Tech University and an MBA from LSUS. In addition to preaching and teaching regularly, he is passionate about all things technology, music, and family!

Jen holds a B.S. in Graphic Arts from Northwestern State University. She has served as Creative Director since 2008, and Worship Pastor since 2009. She loves music, singing, and being a mom!
